Please reach us at Information@LACNYC.Biz if you cannot find an answer to your question.

A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer (SiO2) applied to a car's exterior. The coating chemically bonds with the vehicle's factory paint, creating a layer of protection (2 to 3 times harder then your vehicles clear coat) to add an additional level of defense against the elements.

We are an authorized System X premier application shop and Malco Automotive authorized shop.

Ceramic coatings offer a better level of protection against environmental hazards and damage from the sun's UV rays. After ceramic coatings are applied and properly cured the result is a tough, crystal clear protective layer that will keep everything from bird droppings and brake dust to environmental contamination and UV damage at bay. They also offer resistance to chemical stains and a certain degree of scratch resistance, giving the car a magnificent high-gloss finish and making it easier to clean and maintain.

Yes, The manufacturer of our product make several different formulas that vary in length of protection and surface use. We do have a bunch of variety and as such have the ability to customize your vehicle, vessel, or aircraft coating application to meet all your concerns.

A ceramic coating does provide a certain level of resistance to minor scratches. However, it's not bulletproof, and severe scratches can still penetrate the coating and damage the paint.

Strictly speaking, the coating itself doesn't necessarily require any additional maintenance than a car without a ceramic coating. While the steps to cleaning your freshly coated vehicle may differ from before, the time and effort is drastically reduced. Your vehicle will need to undercoat a leveling process once a year to maintain manufacturers warranty.

Ceramic coatings are semi-permanent, so they aren't easily removed. The process typically involves abrasion, like wet sanding or using a machine polisher. This should be done by a professional to avoid damaging the paint if you need to remove the coating.

Absolutely, As a authorized shop, your coating is entered into the CarFax system so that it will reflect in the vehicles value and allow you to recover loss in case of an accident or other Ins. claim.

On average, we charge $850 to $1,000.00 for ceramic coating a vehicle.

On average, we charge $500.00 to $650.00 for a motorcycle.

On average, we charge $120.00 a linear foot for vessels.

All of the above prices are for the material, perpetration and labor of coating application.

If any corrections are required that will be billed additionally and price will be determined once vehicle or vessel is inspected.

All prices are subject to change.
